Statement of Purpose

The Forsaken Guard Motorcycle Club (FGMC) is an International Law-Abiding Club that has members in the United States and Canada.
The Elders and the International Officers have some 125 years of MC/RC experience. We have seen clubs run well and others… not so much. We have gleaned the best practices from those clubs that are successful and discarded their practices that are controversial. In addition, several new ideas have been incorporated into our Statement of Purpose.

The FGMC is laser focused on two important aspects of Club Life:

Brotherhood, not just the word but the meanings behind the word. Brotherhood generally refers to the state of being a brother, either literally through blood relation or metaphorically through shared experiences and a strong bond of fellowship.It can also describe the relationship between brothers or a group of men united by a common purpose or interests, such as a fraternity. “Brotherhood” can describe a strong, supportive, and loyal bond between friends, especially men, or within a group.

It emphasizes the feeling of kinship, unity and cooperation among individuals.

Having meaningful input, into every decision made in the club. This input will be exercised via a vote. Emergent decisions will be made by the International President (IP) and his team. It will be confirmed by the membership at the earliest opportunity. All non-emergent decisions will be decided upon by a vote of the members, prior to enactment.
